As full-scholarship athletes at American International College in Massachusetts, Tahlib and Kassim competed together and built a strong understanding for basketball and the struggles of finding quality pickup games.

Tahlib Swan
Former college basketball player at American International College who brings the discipline and teamwork mentality from the court to building Ballink. As a professional firefighter, Tahlib understands the importance of quick response times, reliable systems, and community service—values that are embedded in every aspect of Ballink. His firsthand experience as an athlete struggling to find pickup games inspired the creation of a platform that would solve this problem for thousands of players. Kassim Kaba
College teammate and dormmate of Tahlib at American International College, Kassim brings a unique blend of athletic insight and financial expertise to Ballink. Currently employed by Awoye Capital, a private equity firm specializing in sports business, Kassim contributes substantial financial and business acumen to the company's growth strategy. His experience in private equity and deep understanding of the sports industry provides Ballink with the strategic vision and financial discipline needed to scale effectively.
